Overview Retail Media Account Manager We are hiring a Retail Media Account Manager to lead retail media activation for a prestigious luxury client, where brand craft, performance and precision matter equally. This role sits at the intersection of commerce and creativity, shaping how a high-end brand shows up across retail media platforms. You'll have ownership, influence and visibility, working closely with clients and partners to deliver meaningful commercial impact. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Owning the day-to-day activation and optimisation of retail media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring high quality and strong results. Building trusted client relationships through clear communication, regular engagement and proactive problem-solving. Applying quality assurance processes that keep campaigns accurate, compliant and effective. Shaping account growth plans and innovation roadmaps that support long-term client success. Interpreting market and performance data to deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations. Working closely with other channel teams to deliver joined-up, integrated media strategies. Partnering with retailers and technology platforms to stay ahead of industry developments and opportunities. Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Proven experience managing Amazon Search campaigns, this is an essential capability for the role. Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media or Criteo. A strong understanding of how retail media performance and brand considerations work together, particularly within premium or luxury environments. Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. Experience supporting or managing others in a collaborative, inclusive way. Comfort working with data, insights and reporting to inform decisions and recommendations. A curious, growth-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for developing within a fast-evolving retail media landscape.
