Schedule: Available working hours will vary each week, and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.
Duties & Responsibilities as a Receptionist
* Ensure a seamless arrival and departure process for guests, including check-in, check-out, room escorting, and luggage delivery.
* Verify and establish appropriate credit arrangements for all guests.
* Collect passports and complete all required procedures in compliance with local legislation and Hyatt's data privacy standards.
* Handle all cash transactions and billing processes accurately.
* Assist guests throughout their stay, addressing requests and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
* Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through effective upselling techniques.
* Provide guests with comprehensive information about the hotel's services, facilities, and amenities.

Friendly and professional individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Confident in managing front desk responsibilities while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
