Job Title: Employee Insights Lead
Location: Kingston
Work-Level: 2A

JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for developing and landing globally an integrated Employee Insights strategy that leverages digital capabilities such as surveying, continuous-listening, crowd-sourcing and focus groups.

The role encompasses developing the Employee Listening programme well as designing individual surveys, executing them with state-of-the-art technology and sharing insights to senior stakeholders. The role also involves leading a community of practitioners that support Employee Listening across the company.

The role involves interacting with an unusually broad range of stakeholders including a very senior set of executive/non-exec stakeholders and has a global remit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Exercise full ownership of the global Employee Listening strategy and take responsibility for its effective execution. This includes leading the annual engagement and quarterly pulse surveys as well as (COMPANY NAME)-wide surveys on high-priority themes.
* Provide insights to (COMPANY NAME) Executive Committee, the Global HR Leadership Team and other business leaders to aid decision-making in relation to strategic people and organisation interventions.
* Lead the Employee Insights community that support the execution of UniVoice (Global People Survey) and other global surveys.
* Explore new approaches to employee listening to ensure (COMPANY NAME) keeps enhancing the richness, relevance and actionability of insights and continues to pioneer in this field relative to the external peer group.
* Work closely with Internal Communications to synchronise the effective execution of employee listening activities throughout the year.
* Plan, arrange and facilitate Workforce Engagement sessions (employee focus groups) with (COMPANY NAME)'s Non-Exec Board members.

Skills
* Outstanding stakeholder management.
* Adept negotiation skills.
* Effective survey design.
* Storytelling with data and comfortable with data analysis.
* Excellent planning ability, but able to adapt to changes.
* Able to learn new technology software in depth.
* Good knowledge of data privacy regulations is helpful.
* Knowledge or interest in behavioural science would be an advantage.
* Leading extended teams/networks to develop insights from data.

Desirable Experience
* Project management
* Experience in HR / Communications (or similar) may be helpful.
* Experience in developing and executing surveys especially in Qualtrics (our survey software).
* Experience in leading a community or network would be advantageous.
* Storytelling with data

* Passion for high performance - Generates intensity and focus to motivate people to deliver results at speed. Takes personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results.
