What you'll be doing:
* Design and development of scalable software products.
* Solve complex technical issues, optimize workflows, and provide strategic insights to partners to support project goals and timelines.
* Collaborate closely with Data Science, research and product teams
* Set high technical standards
* This is a hands-on, individual contributor role

What you'll bring:
Essential skills:
* Expert-level Python skills
* Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on designing and implementing high-performance, scalable systems.
* Experience working cross functionally with Product and Research teams
* Experience in cloud technologies (emphasis on Azure) and deployment practices, ensuring seamless and scalable delivery.
* Experience working with ML and Data Science teams and productionizing ML solutions.
* Proven ability to uphold coding and design standards to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
* Effective communication skills, with experience communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
* Working knowledge of DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring
* Experience in Fintech is a plus

Education
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related field, or equivalent work experience
