Cloud Operations Engineer

Description du poste:

As an R&D Cloud Operations Engineer, you will join a global team (Europe, India, USA) responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE Platform cloud services. You will contribute to designing, automating, and operating cutting-edge infrastructure and deployment systems in a highly dynamic and international environment.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

* Design and implement tools and solutions for managing large-scale, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure and services
* Participate in the design and deployment of fully automated cloud orchestration systems
* Operate and make live changes to cloud environments, ensuring 24/7 service availability
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and production issues across global systems
* Support sovereign and dedicated customer deployments
* Contribute to the architectural evolution and development processes of cloud services

Qualifications:

* Experience in infrastructure: networking, system architecture, operating systems, web protocols (HTTPS, DNS, proxies), and databases
* Working knowledge of AWS and cloud automation tools (Chef, Puppet)
* Familiar with Linux and scripting (Shell, Python)
* Familiarity with monitoring and alerting technologies
* DevOps mindset with a passion for automation, incident response, and continuous improvement
* Self-motivated and proactive
