We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work across the North London & Berkshire areas. This is a Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) role.

What this job involves:

As an Air Conditioning Engineer at JLL, you'll be part of a team that's shaping a brighter way for our client and fellow employees. You'll apply your expertise to design, install, and maintain air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings. Role:

We are looking for a qualified and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out service maintenance works on client's retail and office sites in and around London and Berkshire . The successful candidate will provide a professional service to our client working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.

What your day-to-day will look like:
* Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled including breakdowns.
* Have install experience (retrofit/system replacements).
* Troubleshooting/ Fault finding on all A/C systems.
* To produce quotations for works /remedials following service visits.
* To work on Splits, VRFS, AHUs and DX systems and some Central Plant.
* To be able to work alone and with other team members when necessary.
* Complete all FGAS paperwork on sites and update logbooks in client premises.
* To be part of the Out of Hours Call Out Rota.

Qualifications and Experience:
* C&G 2079 Cat1
* NVQ Level 3 or similar is essential
* F-Gas
* Good Mechanical & Electrical Background
* Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs
* Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities
* Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled callout rota
* Have good communication and organisation skills
* UK Driving License
* Good understanding of IT packages including Outlook, Word etc
