We're looking for motivated individuals to join our installation teams as an Engineer's Mate, covering the Yorkshire region, supporting experienced Lift Installation Engineers while learning the skills needed to build a successful engineering career.

What you'll do

* Support Lift Installation Engineers on site with the installation of lifts.

* Prepare work areas, materials and equipment.

* Assist with the safe movement and installation of mechanical components.

* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

* Learn from experienced engineers while developing your own technical skills.

* Contribute to delivering high-quality installations for our customers.

What we're looking for

* Construction site experience.

* A valid CSCS card.

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Strong work ethic and reliability.

* A commitment to working safely.

* The motivation to build a long-term career in engineering.
