💷 £39,400.00 (Including shift allowance, DOE)

🕒 Shifts: Mon-Fri Nights 10pm- 6am

* Manufacturing experience - essential for success in this role
* Communication skills - fluent English, both written & spoken
* Tech proficiency - comfortable with Microsoft Outlook & Excel
* Safety & quality mindset - a strong eye for detail and standards
* Team player - collaborative, proactive, and supportive of colleagues

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities
* Start up, shut down, clean, and monitor equipment
* Perform basic changeovers, minor repairs, checks, and inspections
* Use ancillary equipment and computer systems to keep things running smoothly
* Collaborate with a shift team of up to 15 associates to hit production targets
* Take accountability for multiple machines and processes
* Escalate issues quickly and provide clear handovers
* Use your knowledge to carry out mechanical repairs when needed
