Description du poste:
The Global Internal Communications Specialist supports the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERM's global internal communications channels - in particular the company intranet as well as internal collaboration platforms, e.g. Viva Engage, SharePoint.
The role ensures content is accurate, accessible, and aligned to employee experience, while supporting the daily operations of internal comms platforms, governance processes, and contributor network.
Working with colleagues across Group Functions and regional teams, the role helps maintain a consistent user experience, supports publishing needs, and contributes to platform enhancements and content best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Content Delivery & Editorial Support
* Publish, edit, and maintain intranet content in line with brand, accessibility, and governance standards.
* Support Group Functions and regional teams to upskill team representatives so they can perform page updates, templates, and content refinement.
* Manage homepage updates, rotating banners, and content scheduling.
* Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and regularly reviewed.
Governance & Standards
* Apply intranet governance policies consistently, including naming conventions, navigation rules, and content lifecycle requirements.
* Flag content that requires review, retirement, or realignment.
* Maintain audit records and review cycles across key content areas.
Stakeholder & Contributor Support
* Provide day-to-day support to content owners, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training, e.g. on SharePoint.
* Coordinate with Group Functions (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, H&S) to ensure timely content delivery and maintenance.
* Participate in global communications and digital workplace meetings to ensure alignment.
Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement
* Partner with IT on issue logging, access permissions, and minor technical updates.
* Conduct regular quality checks for broken links, navigation issues, formatting consistency, and accessibility gaps.
* Monitor intranet and Viva Engage analytics and produce basic reports to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
Employee Experience & Enablement
* Support engagement activities (campaigns, landing pages, news stories).
* Assist in user feedback collection and implement small improvements as approved.
* Help promote adoption of intranet features and digital workplace tools (e.g., M365).
* Develop a solid understanding of AvePoint/Tygraph for SharePoint to develop and refine insights about how the intranet and Viva Engage can be used to their greatest benefit for the organization.
Influence And Decision-Making Authority
Supports the intranet and internal collaboration platforms across all ERM regions and time zones.
Works collaboratively with global teams and cross-functional colleagues.

Essential Experience
* Experience managing or supporting a corporate intranet (preferably global) and internal collaboration platforms (e.g. Viva Engage, SharePoint).
* Strong writing, editing, and digital content experience.
* Understanding of SharePoint Online, content management systems, or digital workplace tools.
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow governance standards.
* Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
* Comfortable using analytics to guide improvements.
Desirable
* Experience in a matrix organization.
* Basic understanding of UX, accessibility, and information architecture.
* Experience supporting training or contributor enablement.
* Familiarity with ERM's digital landscape (M365 suite).
