Overview We are hiring a Digital Lead to shape and drive the digital agenda for one of our flagship client partnerships within the entertainment, connectivity and content space. This is a senior, influential role where you'll connect strategy, data and technology to deliver digital thinking that genuinely drives business outcomes. Sitting at the heart of a high-profile, multi-market account, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to turn ambition into action. It's a role for someone who enjoys leading through collaboration and making a visible impact at scale. Responsibilities Lead the digital strategy for your vertical, ensuring it clearly supports client business and brand objectives. Act as a trusted senior partner to client stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships. Translate audience insight and commercial priorities into clear, actionable digital and data strategies. Embed data-led thinking, AI and new digital tools into planning and delivery, championing innovation in a practical way. Orchestrate cross-channel digital plans, setting clear strategic guardrails for teams delivering brand and trade campaigns. Partner with specialists across digital, data and technology to deliver test-and-learn programmes and innovation pilots. Guide and support senior team members, helping to raise standards of digital excellence and best practice. Qualifications Experience in a digital planning or strategy role, ideally within a complex or multi-stakeholder environment. Strong understanding of digital paid media and how channels work together across a wider ecosystem. A track record of leading transformation, innovation or change initiatives. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing across teams and disciplines. Ability to connect business challenges with clear digital and data solutions. A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity. Commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategic ambition with delivery.
