Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership role where your influence will span strategy, product performance, team development, and bringing groundbreaking products to life.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Vision
* Define long-term product vision, goals, and roadmaps across multiple products.
* Lead the entire Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process with rigor and consistency.

Innovation and Market Impact
* Identify emerging market opportunities and drive disruptive innovation.
* Balance technical feasibility with customer needs and commercial value.

Team Leadership and Collaboration
* Lead, mentor, and inspire Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.
* Partner effectively with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, and other ELW teams.

Customer-Centric Focus
* Stay close to customer needs through direct feedback and market insights.
* Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement post-launch.

Execution and Delivery
* Oversee product launches, positioning, and ongoing optimisation.
* Monitor performance using KPIs and guide data-driven decision-making.

Financial and Operational Excellence
* Manage cost targets, pricing input, and design-to-cost efforts with cross-functional partners.
* Balance risks, prioritise initiatives, and ensure commercial success.

Stakeholder Influence
* Communicate progress, strategy, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Champion alignment across teams to secure buy-in and accelerate delivery.

Travel
* Occasional solo travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and commercial training.

Qualifications:

General requirements for the role:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with technical products.
* MBA or advanced degree (desirable)
* Experience in Product Management within a technical environment.
