Overview The Client Services Account Manager plays a pivotal role within Publicis Pro, managing client relationships and ensuring excellence in delivery across multi-discipline scopes. You will act as the day-to-day trusted partner for client stakeholders, balancing relationship stewardship, operational rigour and commercial awareness to deliver work that drives positive business outcomes for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients. This role is ideal for an Account Manager who enjoys owning day-to-day client relationships, thrives in fast-moving agency environments, and is confident orchestrating internal teams to deliver complex B2B programmes. You're someone who combines warmth and credibility with operational discipline and commercial confidence. Responsibilities Client relationships Own and nurture day-to-day relationships with clients, adapting your communication style to suit different clients and stakeholders dependent on the experience and objectives, ensuring you build a good rapport grounded in genuine interest in the client. Develop a strong understanding of clients' business models, categories, buying cycles, audiences and internal decision-making units and apply understanding to all outputs. Confidently manage client conversations, translating commercial objectives into clear agency briefs and actionable programmes. Delivery & Operational Excellence Lead end-to-end delivery across retainers and projects across multiple disciplines ensuring the highest quality outputs at all times. Ensure excellent briefing, workflow management, quality control and deadline management across multi-disciplinary teams. Work with the project management team to anticipate risks, manage dependencies and escalate proactively to protect delivery and relationships. Commercial & Financial Management Support commercial management of accounts including estimates, scopes, burn, invoicing and forecasting. Manage scope creep clearly and confidently, ensuring additional work is identified, valued and agreed. Qualifications Proven experience in an agency or consultancy environment working with B2B clients. Experience delivering multi-channel B2B programmes (brand, content, ABM, demand generation-led work). Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence operating in complex client organisations.
