Position Summary

The European Office (EO) Marketing Team's mission is to deliver a personalised, significant, premium experience to (COMPANY NAME) consumers across a multi-touchpoint ecosystem (website, e-store, social, email, device, app, chat, media) to drive sustainable business growth.

You will have a chance to work with various department such as digital, brand, retail, events, and collaborate with (COMPANY NAME)'s global presence, including HQ in Korea and 16 subsidiaries in Europe, to improve your skill and capabilities.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving events from start to finish. This position will work closely with the marketing team to develop event strategies that align with company objectives while delivering an outstanding experience for attendees. The Experience Marketing Manager will successfully lead multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the entire process.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact between headquarters and local subsidiaries for all matters relating to events and exhibitions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved
* Develop exhibition plans and coordinate all aspects of participation in major trade shows and events. After each event, compile and present detailed reports to senior management outlining key takeaways, achievements, and opportunities for improvement
* Develop comprehensive guides covering standard processes, expectations, and requirements for attending and participating in significant events and exhibitions. Distribute these resources to relevant collaborators across the organization
* Create and handle event budgets, track expenses, and forecast future spending. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of the event
* Select, contract, and lead vendors such as caterers, photographers, audio/visual providers, and transportation services -coordinating event operations during the actual event, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
* Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate success against established metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements
* Continuously research new event technologies, vendors, and trends to identify potential areas of improvement and innovation within the company's event program
* Deliver ad-hoc business/marketing critical metric analysis reports to support business decision whilst supporting the evolution, integration, and implementation of CEO's vision and direction

What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
* Experience of event planning, management and delivery, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* A validated problem solver who can assess a situation and make decisions quickly
* Confirmed successful event delivery, with an outstanding attendee experience
* A solid understanding of IT systems including event management databases and Microsoft office is desirable
* Experience of handling budgets: monitoring and reporting on expenditure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, partners, and VIP guests
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.

What does success look like?
* Success will be measured based on key performance indicators such as business growth, market share increase, event/campaign performance, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Daily activities will involve developing and implementing marketing/event strategies, analysing trends and consumer insights of market/event, crafting high-quality presentations, and coordinating efforts with the headquarters.
* Ideally, the person is expected to be good at effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on fostering a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
