About this role
As our Junior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our Growth Marketing team. We are looking for an ambitious individual ready to lead by challenging the status quo and delivering bold, creative solutions for the Just Eat UK vision. In this collaborative environment, you will care for your teammates' success while pushing for excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by supporting performance campaigns across a wide range of global channels.
These are some of the key components to the position:
* Support the planning, setup, and optimization of performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
* Conduct in-depth analyses and monitoring to identify new opportunities for commercial growth.
* Execute A/B (Alpha/Beta) testing for creative assets and ad copy to drive continuous learning.
* Leverage automation tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve campaign and workflow efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with internal peers and external partners to deliver fast results and make your mark.
* Proactively apply a "test and learn" mentality to find innovative solutions for the tech platform.
What will you bring to the team?
* Previous experience in a digital marketing role or relevant internships focusing on growth.
* Technical confidence with performance platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or Meta Ads.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for data.
* A positive, growth-oriented mindset focused on overcoming challenges and supporting your peers.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within a global, dynamic team environment.
* A commitment to acting responsibly and understanding the needs of our diverse partners.
