YOUR MISSION

The Marketing Activation Manager Golf plays a key role in strengthening the COBRA and PUMA GOLF brands within the local market. This position is responsible for executing regional and global marketing activation strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering impactful consumer experiences across all relevant channels. The role requires close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, key accounts, and external partners to drive brand heat, commercial success, and high-quality market execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Activation & Brand Building
* Translate global and regional activation strategies into locally relevant consumer touchpoints that elevate COBRA and PUMA GOLF's presence.
* Execute Go-To-Market plans across digital, PR, wholesale, and sports marketing channels.
* Ensure brand messaging is consistently executed in all consumer-facing initiatives.
* Manage and deliver product seeding programs, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.

Event & Asset Activation
* Implement the local marketing event strategy, aligning with the regional roadmap and global brand direction.
* Own the regional Cobra custom fit event strategy and annual event roadmap. Activate key assets, including athletes, ambassadors, influencers, and federations-in partnership with Sports Marketing and regional marketing teams.
* Ensure events are integrated into the full consumer journey-from awareness to conversion-driving measurable impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Golf Brand, Sport Marketing, Merchandise, Sales teams, and Key Accounts to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
* Maintain strong communication flows between local markets, regional marketing, and the global brand organization.
* Support sales teams with trade marketing initiatives, in-store activation guidance, and tailored account marketing programs.

Budget Ownership & Performance Governance
* Manage and allocate the local marketing activation budget efficiently and strategically.
* Establish KPIs, ROI frameworks, and performance tracking to evaluate the impact of local activations and campaigns.
* Ensure financial objectives are met within the annual marketing plan.

Strategic Support & Market Insights
* Partner with senior brand and marketing leadership to identify short- and long-term growth opportunities.
* Provide insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to help shape future strategies.
* Support the creation and delivery of product roadmaps and seasonal activation plans.

YOUR TALENT

* A minimum of 2 years' marketing experience working for a consumer products company, with responsibilities in the areas of marketing management.
* A strong passion for sport, especially golf, is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive insights.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated.
* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
