For our boutique in Sloane Street, we are looking for a driven and inspiring Accessories & Shoes Department Manager. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting project and will be supporting the Store Director in the running of the business by leading and motivating the team from the front.
Significant management experience within the luxury goods industry Strong knowledge and expertise in Accessories, Leather Good and Shoes Excellent communication and relationship building skills Inspirational leader with the ability to motivate teams to achieve and exceed the objectives set Strong business acumen, strategic and able to implement commercial initiatives Passionate about customer service Strong clientelling experience A passion for Christian Dior and our collections Strong knowledge of fashion and trends Fluency in a second language (preferred)
