POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for driving ethical, science-based recommendations and advocacy of Nestlé's Infant Nutrition portfolio by engaging HCPs and HCIs. Acts as the main point of contact for scientific detailing, omnichannel engagement, and educational support. Ensures compliant communication (WHO Code/local code) and delivers tailored, high-quality scientific information to build long-term HCP trust and recommendation.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

· Engage HCPs daily with ethical, science-based information to drive recommendation of the Infant Nutrition portfolio.

· Ensure full WHO Code and Nestlé policy compliance in all interactions.

· Execute omnichannel engagement (F2F, WhatsApp, email, virtual) tailored to each HCP.

· Build trusted relationships and understand HCP needs and territory dynamics.

· Manage KPIs, call rate, coverage, and CRM updates, using insights to improve engagement.

· Deliver scientific presentations and support pharmacies with product knowledge and POP execution.

· Organize scientific meetings and training sessions, ensuring proper budget use.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

· Bachelor's degree in a Health Science field (Nutrition, Nursing, Medicine, Biology, Pharmacology, etc.).

· Experience as a Medical Delegate or Pharmaceutical Representative.

· Strong communication skills and ability to engage different HCP profiles.

· High digital proficiency (CRM, virtual detailing, mobile tools).

· Data-driven mindset and strong planning/execution discipline.
