Business Development Manager - Engineered Water Treatment Systems
Are you an empathetic and driven individual passionate about environmental conservation? Do you want to make a tangible difference through your work? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to extend our reach in the engineered water treatment systems sector across Northern UK and Scotland.
Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in the water treatment industry.
* Foster enduring relationships with clients, offering bespoke water treatment solutions with a focus on Reverse Osmosis systems. * Collaborate closely with design and proposals teams to effectively meet client needs.
* Engage in product demonstrations, attend exhibitions, and provide market feedback to support innovation efforts.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
* Demonstrable engineering experience, preferably in water treatment or a related field.
* Proficiency in word processing and computing skills. * Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
* Direct experience with water treatment equipment, especially Reverse Osmosis systems.
* Proven sales experience and the ability to develop trusting relationships with customers. * Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly HubSpot, to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.
* Experience in the healthcare market, with an understanding of the specific needs and challenges in this sector.
