As an Assistant Manager you will act as a brand ambassador; engaging with customers, drive sales and always #Playasoneteam.

Responsibilities:
- You will support the Store Manager to inspire and coach the team
- Lead by example to deliver excellence.
- KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
- Follow the performance management process alongside HR processes
- Support with the smooth operational running of the store
- Embrace high standards of visual excellence
