About The Role
Reporting to the Broker Sales and Support Team Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end broker service process for our intermediaries.
Your hours will be 9-5pm but could change to rotating shift basis between the hours of 7am and 6pm, with substantial notice
* 7:00am - 4:00pm
* 9:00am - 5:00pm
* 10.00am-6.00pm
You'll Be Responsible For:
* Serve as a dedicated Broker Support Executive for our important brokers, delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
* Proactively follow up on broker requests, ensuring resolution and communication within agreed timelines.
* Ability to work under own initiative, Monitoring and managing both your own and the central team inbox.
* Meet and exceed service targets including call volumes, talk time, and first-contact resolution.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure your dedicated broker needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Identify and recommend process improvements to ensure our broker processes continue to evolve, and in turn improve the brokers overall experience.
* Support team goals by helping and sharing knowledge across the team.
* Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
* Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner.
* Providing regular updates to your dedicated accounts, based on account performance from a service perspective
What You'll Bring to the Role
* Previous experience in medical administration or customer service focused organisation.
* Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* B2B experience preferred but not necessary
* Proven experience in managing accounts and building strong client relationships.
