The Application Specialist is a key customer-facing expert responsible for driving successful implementation and utilization of the company's diagnostic solutions across the assigned territory. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and business partners, the Application Specialist provides product expertise, user training, application support, and technical consultation to ensure optimal instrument performance and effective reagent utilization. The role combines customer engagement, application support, and commercial collaboration, including analysis of reagent consumption, identification of growth opportunities, and development of initiatives to increase product adoption
