Обязанности:

* Working in partnership with project prime movers & cross-functional teams the role is accountable for delivering world class commercial project management from idea through to final execution & post audit review, delivering creative business solutions on time and on budget.
* Leads complex innovation & commercial change project management from idea to final execution for Innovation and Change projects (project resources; timeline; cost of change control; cross-functional management; risk control & trade-offs) to deliver Category AOP & ICP target on NR from innovation and ensures projects flawless execution and compliance to Commercialization project management standards.
* Supports CAPEX process and execution.
* Leads and executes projects readiness & reporting (Ready-Steady-Go, NPD status) to ensure key projects transparency for the Company top-management and proactively manages projects' issues and risks. Ensures processes & documentation compliance while tracking and reporting innovation executional risk.
* Ensures project calendar visibility for team including cross-functional partners.
* Acts as a projects management champion for team to foster further Stage Gate process implementation and best-in-class project management standards.
* Supports Commercialization Capability agenda via contributing into development & leading roll-out of new tools / standards / processes for CategoryТребования:

* Very strong experience to lead and drive x-fun projects with high complexity & ambiguity incl top brands responsibility, excellent project management skills
* Strong leadership skills, leading with impact mindset, driving agenda & ability to drive change within a fast-paced X-functional
* High level of business acumen ~ must be commercially savvy & financially astute - good P&L understanding & management, business maturity & ownership
* Process excellence, simplification mindset & strong design-thinking:
