About the Role
We are looking for a .NET Tech Lead to drive the technical evolution of two core internal products: the Planning and Monitoring Tool (PMT) and the Project and Activity Management (PAM) system. You will guide architectural and back-end decisions, ensure quality and security across the technology stack, and support the engineering team through leadership, mentorship, and best-practice governance.
Front-end experience (React) is a plus, but not a requirement.

What You Will Do
* Lead technical decisions for new features, improvements, and architectural evolution.
* Contribute across the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, and release.
* Ensure scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-quality backend solutions.
* Own complex feature delivery and solve key technical and architectural challenges.
* Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
* Run technical ceremonies (Security & Quality gates, technical planning meetings).
* Identify and execute technical Enablers and Proof-of-Concepts.
* Monitor system health, analyze performance, and support non-functional testing (load, connectivity, DRP).
* Handle L2/L3 technical incidents and participate in release deployments.
* Mentor developers, lead training sessions, and support onboarding of new team members.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, developers, IT teams, and external partners.

What You Bring
Technical Skills
* Strong hands-on expertise in .NET / C# (ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 8/10).
* Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend systems and microservices.
* Strong understanding of:
* MS SQL Server & T-SQL
* Redis
* Kafka
* MongoDB
* API Management (APIM)
* Experience with:
* Linux commands and server environments
* Kubernetes / OpenShift
* CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
* Solid experience in debugging, performance optimization, and security best practices.
* Cloud platform experience is an asset.
* ReactJS or other FE experience is a plus.

Soft Skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical topics for various stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Leadership and mentoring capability.
* Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).
* Fluent English (spoken & written); French is an advantage.
