* 8days - Topical entertainment and light news

Responsibilities

* Develop and produce video content for social media platforms that is timely, trend-aware and aligned with brand tone
* Collaborate with internal creatives and freelancers to bring ideas to life
* Familiar with social media gear for video production, including lighting and sound equipment if necessary
* Edit content using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut
* Repurpose content into various digital formats (e.g., short-form videos, memes, GIFs, galleries)
* Contribute creative production techniques and fresh ideas during content planning
* Stay up to date with trends on social media, content formats, and audience preferences
* Manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and feedback

Qualifications

* Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
* No minimum experience required - just a strong creative mindset, social media savvy and a willingness to learn
* A fresh graduate or early-career talent with relevant projects, internships, or freelance experience
* A creative storyteller with a strong eye for visuals, editing, or design
* Familiar with digital content tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other relevant platforms
* Up to date with digital and social media trends
* Organized, collaborative, and proactive in sharing ideas
