The GRC (Governance/Risk/Compliance) function at Marsh Management Services Sweden consists of a team of consultants who work together to help Swedish and English-speaking captive owners and insurance company clients manage GRC according to the Solvency 2 regulations. The member will work closely with the team and clients, learning and taking on more responsibilities over time, including participation in various projects.

The role: Risk & Compliance Internal Audit Analyst - Marsh Management Services (Sweden)

The role reports to the head of GRC and the CEO of Marsh Management Services Sweden located in our offices in Stockholm. The role collaborates with our centre of excellence team based in Malta.

We will rely on you to:
* Provide support to the captive risk and compliance function in accordance to Solvency 2 regulations;
* Support in internal audit, compliance and risk management reviews;
* Answer and Support client queries;
* Participate on ORSA cycle and preparation;
* Regulatory reporting coordination for Sweden domiciled clients;
* Taking minutes of Client, Board and/or Committee meetings;
* Company secretarial work as may be required from time to time;
* Establish and maintain relationship with the FI and coordinate replies to FI on regulatory matters as may be required from time to time;
* Keeping abreast with relevant legislation and relevant changes to legislation, including the Insurance Distribution Directive, Money Laundering Legislation and Data Protection legislation;
* Liaise with Internal and external auditors;
* Support on regulatory reports such as RSR/SFCR;
* Contribute at monthly/quarterly client meetings;

* Genuine interest in the insurance industry/captive management
* Structured and detail-oriented

* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment

* Fluent in English and Swedish (proficient in both verbal and written communication)
* Easily navigate in an international environment
* Excellent IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF)

* Preferred qualifications for the role include a law or business degree, being detail-oriented and taking personal responsibility for completing tasks on time,
* Holding an interest in and some experience with learning new systems,
* Fluent in both Swedish and English.
* Work experience of 1-2 years in a similar role in the financial services industry.
