Customer Operations Specialist

now looking for a Customer
Operations Specialist to support our global customer and
logistics operations and ensure a smooth, premium experience for our customers,
sales partners, logistics suppliers and internal stakeholders.

In this hands-on role,
you'll handle daily operational tasks across sales order management, customer
service, system support and logistics. You will also contribute to our system
transformation by assisting with testing and implementation of SAP and the B2B platform
Colect.

With a structured,
service-minded, and solution-oriented approach, you'll help ensure efficient
operations, accurate processes, and seamless collaboration between sales,
logistics, and customer service.

System &
Project Support

* Support
testing and rollout of ERP SAP Sales implementation and B2B sales portal Colect during 2026.
* Assist
with initial customer master data setup in SAP during Q1 2026.
* Coordinate
Colect user support and basic training for agents and sales representatives.
* Handle
first-line Colect technical and operational inquiries.
Customer
Operations & Order Management

* Process
and follow up on customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
* Handle
daily customer service and internal inquiries with a focus on quality and
efficiency.
* Support
outbound coordination with 3PL and transport partners.
* Manage
customer claims and returns in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Continuous
Support & Improvement

* Contribute
to process improvements within customer service, order management and logistics
operations.
* Collaborate
cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT to ensure smooth
operational flow
