Craft:HR & Business Support
Job Description:
The People Services Specialist plays a key role in delivering support across the full lifecycle - from candidate experience during the recruitment process through to employee support across the entire employment journey. Acting as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, this role combines HR operations and recruitment coordination to provide consistent, high-quality service for employees, managers, and candidates.
As a People Services Specialist, you'll manage lifecycle administration, advise on HR policies and practices, coordinate recruitment processes, and ensure a positive experience at every stage. You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, HR Business Partners, and Centres of
Expertise (CoEs) to deliver seamless processes, accurate data, and strong compliance. This position is available on a 7 month fixed term contract (FTC).
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver seamless support across the full candidate and employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions from recruitment to onboarding and throughout employment.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment inquiries, providing excellent customer service and accurate policy/process guidance.
* Coordinate recruitment operations, including interview scheduling, candidate travel, virtual interviews, and background checks.
* Support candidate onboarding, including documentation, offer and contract audits, and collaborate with IT and People Tech for smooth new hire handoffs.
* Manage employee lifecycle tasks such as data entry, audits, documentation, and personnel file maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support by independently advising managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and local legislation.
* Maintain and update HR systems (Workday and others), ensuring data integrity and compliance with government/legal requirements.
* Develop, improve, and maintain HR resources (policies, guides, knowledge articles) to ensure clarity and accessibility.
* Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and CoEs to deliver projects, improve processes, and ensure consistency across global People Services.
* Escalate sensitive or critical people-related cases appropriately while maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Contribute to projects focused on innovation and continuous improvement in candidate and employee experience.
Skills & Competencies
* Swedish language skills required.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage high volumes of tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Problem solver - proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate challenges.
* Experience with HR and recruitment data systems, preferably Workday and/or case management/ticketing systems.
* Knowledge of employment law with the ability to interpret and apply HR policies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships across all levels.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Global HR Knowledge: Familiarity with multi-country employment laws, tax rules, and benefits administration
