Do you want to own and develop defined industry verticals within smart buildings while working through a strong partner ecosystem? At Siemens Smart Infrastructure, we connect energy, buildings, and people through market-leading technology. We are now looking for a Vertical Account Manager to drive growth within selected building-related industry verticals through indirect sales.
Your role - vertical ownership through partners
As a Vertical Account Manager in indirect sales, you have end-to-end responsibility for defined industry verticals (e.g. commercial real estate, public sector, infrastructure) within the Buildings portfolio. You drive growth by developing partners, influencing specifications, and ensuring Siemens solutions are the preferred choice within your vertical markets.
You do not sell directly to end customers. Instead, you enable success through Solution Partners, consultants, and distributors, acting as the commercial owner of your verticals.
You will:
* Own and develop assigned industry verticals within Smart Infrastructure Buildings
* Define and execute vertical strategies together with partners and internal stakeholders
* Develop and manage relationships with Solution Partners, consultants, and distributors in Eastern Sweden
* Drive demand by influencing specifications and design choices within your verticals
* Own the indirect sales pipeline within your vertical scope, from opportunity identification to contract
* Develop commercial offerings, pricing strategies, and support partner-led negotiations
* Work with forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking in CRM systems
* Act as a trusted vertical advisor, providing market insight, solution expertise, and business guidance
