We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong professional to join our team as a Tax Reporting & Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Client Tax Report production and Withholding Tax reclaim applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Execute Client Tax Report Production
* Execute Withholding Tax Reclaim Applications
* Support & advise specialist/team head on problem solving
* Adhere to guidelines & policies
* Execute complex controls
* Manage incidents and resolutions
* Support the development of new solutions
* Handle single queries of high complexity
* Responsible for managing the day-to-day usage of key tools and processes
* Collaborate with partners
* Raise requirements in collaboration with the PO

YOUR PROFILE

* Team player
* Distinct customer and service orientation
* Multiple years of relevant work experience in Client Tax Reporting & Withholding Tax Reclaim
* Comprehensive knowledge of securities, their specific characteristics & taxation
* Good technical understanding of banking operations methodologies/processes
* Fluent in English & local language
* Higher education
* Advanced problem analyzing & solving skills
* Advanced communication/ presentation skills
* Advanced MS Office skills
* Tax Reporting Software "Easy Tax" Skills is a plus
