Your team

Pictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.
As a Client Relationship Officer in our Zurich office, you will be working in the German Speaking Switzerland Team, and you will be the point of entry for all operational requests from our Business Developer and clients.
You will bring your communication skills, your ability to work independently and your excellent interpersonal skills to a service-oriented team that will appreciate your motivation, high quality standards and networked thinking. Your organisational skills and thoughtful approach to your work will enable you to maintain an overview even in hectic situations. You will use your sense of responsibility, pleasant manner and outstanding client focus to support the team and our external clients.

Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:
* Main contact/support for independent asset managers in the operational area in close cooperation with the responsible Senior CRM
* Independent handling of telephone and written requests from independent asset managers in the day-to-day business
* Support in the development of existing client relations and in the process of onboarding new clients
* Receipt and processing of foreign exchange orders and payments
* Maintaining various administrative dossiers (e.g. corporate actions, IPOs, etc.)
* Opening, maintaining, and closing relationships with independent asset managers
* Support in account opening, pending management and document management
* Managing and updating our CRM tool
* Client meetings and support
* Correspondance to independent asset manager and with end clients

Your profile

* Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent education, complemented by a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the banking sector.
* Prior experience working with independent asset managers or international clients is considered a strong advantage
* Mastery of MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Native level in German and good English skills, French skills would be a plus
* Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility, completion of the tasks and an ability to multi-task
* Ability to grasp things quickly into a team
* Keen sense of initiative and independence
* Appreciate client contact
* Excellent interpersonal skills
