Profil requis du candidat:
* Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, or a degree in Hospitality Management
* Initial leadership experience in the banquet or events sector is an advantage
* Strong host personality with a high level of quality and service awareness
* Excellent organizational skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
* Flexibility and resilience, even during demanding service periods
* Very good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage
* Confident appearance and outstanding communication skills
* Passion for events and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable guest experiences
