YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Client Advisor at CELINE, you will report to the Team Manager and play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional client experience. Your passion for our collections and commitment to excellence will enable you to build meaningful connections with clients, embodying the sophistication and timelessness of the Maison. Collaborating with your team, you will contribute to upholding CELINE's prestigious brand image in every interaction.
KEY FOR SUCCESS Experience: You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in sales, within the fashion or luxury industry. Competencies: Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity. Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships. A passion for challenges and a collective drive to achieve set objectives. Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are crucial for success at CELINE. Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment. Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility. Languages: Fluency in French and English is a must. Proficiency in other language(s) will be an advantage
