Job Description:

* Carrying out product development in line with design rules and relevant standards and norms that meet the expectations of the respective vehicle.
* Managing supplier relations.
* Reviewing technical drawings of parts/components under supplier responsibility and ensuring their integration into the system.
* Monitoring the execution of required test plans, reviewing test reports, and ensuring that all entries are made in the relevant systems.
* Knowing and applying the quality policy and quality objectives.
* Performing all activities in accordance with the documents published within the scope of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and completing all required records fully and accurately.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System through assigned work and activities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or related fields).
* Knowledge of automotive standards, norms, and design principles.
* Experience in supplier management and component development processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Experience with test planning, test execution follow-up, and reporting.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and documentation requirements.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software/tools (e.g., CAD, PLM systems).
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
