Job Description:

* Develops and compares solution concepts, defines evaluation criteria, and drives design iterations based on test results.
* Plans and executes tests in line with internal standards; ensures completeness via risk assessment and supplementary tests.
* Acts as test champion, standardizing test practices, templates, and infrastructure improvements.
* Identifies risks and issues early, contributes to RCA and technical risk management processes.
* Applies and promotes design guidelines, norms, and calculation tools within the team.
* Actively collaborates and contributes to technical discussions with a preventive mindset.
* Ensures alignment with engineering change management processes.

Qualifications:

* B.Sc., M.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or one of development engineering related disciplines
* Strong technical knowledge in Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, HVAC
* Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in agile working environment (sprints, PI planning, ...) and tools (JIRA)
* Good command on English both written and spoken
* Familiarity & experience with FMEA, FAM, 8D etc.
* Familiarity & experience with SAP, MS Office
* Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills
