About the opportunity

* Reviewing and evaluating Quality Control (QC) cases.
* Checking, validating, and resolving AML Screening matches in accordance with compliance standards.
* Monitoring, managing, and responding to incoming emails via the "QC Sales" inbox in a timely and professional manner.

What you need to be successful

* Competence in carefully checking and analyzing QC and KYB checks.
* Compliance with standards and legislation.
* Ability to manage, track, and prioritize email traffic efficiently
* Basic knowledge of key performance targets (KPIs) and operational metrics, such as AHT and SLA.
* Ability to identify technical or operational issues, escalate them to the relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process.
