#LI-DNI The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that their teams are delivering plans that deliver against client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives.

#LI-DNI Key responsibilities:
Manages team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets
Overseas output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team
Understands the trading implications of planning decisions made to ensure agency and client objectives are delivered
Understands and ensures that each team member fully understand and can deliver against client key performance indicators/targets
Supports the Account Director to ensure client and the business' priorities are filtered through to the team
Manages upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely
