Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will support the management of customer business while gaining hands-on experience in commercial strategy, negotiations, category development, and customer relationship management. From Day 1, you will work on meaningful business projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and contribute to delivering winning plans for both P&G and our retail partners.

With us you will:
* Support the management of customer business and contribute to achieving sales and market growth objectives.
* Analyze sales performance, category trends, customer data and shopper insights to identify business opportunities.
* Participate in developing customer plans, promotional activities, and assortment recommendations.
* Prepare business reviews, reports, forecasts and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with multifunctional teams including Marketing, Finance, Product Supply and Customer Service to execute customer plans.
* Support negotiations and customer meetings by preparing analyses, business cases and recommendations.
* Build strong relationships with customers while learning how to identify their needs and create mutually beneficial solutions.
* Take ownership of specific projects and customer initiatives, delivering measurable business results.

Job Qualifications
We are looking for:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree.
* Up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Analytics, Customer Service or another commercial function.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
* Curiosity, initiative and a passion for business.
* Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
* Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Kyiv office.
