Your Mission:

As a Fellow, you will work directly on strategic and operational projects alongside Tesla teams. You will contribute to initiatives that create real impact - from production optimization and data analysis to digital processes and technical innovation projects.

You will learn how high-performance teams operate, take ownership from day one, and develop solutions to real-world challenges within one of the most dynamic companies in the world.

What You'll Do

* Support cross-functional projects in Manufacturing and Information Engineering
* Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing and information processes
* Contribute to strategy, operations, and technology initiatives
* Prepare research, reports, and presentations
* Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders
* Develop and implement your own project ideas

What You'll Bring

* Strong interest in manufacturing, technology, data, and sustainable innovation
* Analytical mindset and structured way of working
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience through studies, projects, startups, or internships is a plus
