Your Opportunity

Join BDO's fast-growing Digital Strategy & Transformation practice and help Canadian organizations unlock the power of digital technologies. Our Management Consulting team is a national advisory team that helps clients prioritize and solve complex business challenges and achieve meaningful transformation, with practical, forward-looking and best-fit digital outcomes, whether that's business platforms, data solutions, AI solutions, or a combination of them.

Our team advises clients to develop strategies, build roadmaps, design future-ready operating models, drive organizational change, perform detailed planning and scoping of digital transformations, and implement practical solutions centered around digital, data, and AI.

We are looking for New Graduates who are curious, business-first, and technology-aware-entrepreneurial thinkers who are passionate about solving complex business problems and are enjoy engaging with clients. You will not just be "doing the work"; you will engage with business and technology leaders to help shape the future of their organizations.

This is a net new role and responsibilities will include:
* Support Strategy Delivery: Assist in the delivery of digital strategy engagements by conducting research, analyzing client data, and helping prioritize business needs.
* Analysis & Insight: Perform rigorous data collection, market research, and business process analysis to support the development of creative solutions and transformation roadmaps.
* Content Creation: Draft impactful client presentations, reports, and proposals; translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in client interviews, discovery workshops, and design sessions, documenting key insights and requirements.
* Practice Development: Act as a thought partner internally-bringing forward fresh ideas, researching emerging trends (e.g., Agentic AI), and supporting the creation of relevant offerings, IP and best practices.
* Continuous Learning: Remain up to date on technology and industry developments, leveraging those insights to bring fresh perspectives to our clients' unique problems.

Must-Have Qualifications
* Education: Recent or upcoming University degree in Business (e.g., MBA/BComm), Engineering, Computer Science, or a related dual-degree discipline.
* Relevant Experience: Previous internship, co-op, or academic project experience in consulting, technology advisory, strategy, or business analysis.
* Tech Savviness: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel are essential) and a foundational understanding of digital strategy principles and AI applications in business.
* Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues, build logical solutions, and think critically.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $52,000 to $78,000.
