Global Management Trainee

Description du poste:

* Participate in a structured global development program, including cross-functional, cross-location and international assignments.

* Gain comprehensive exposure to the company's operations, products, customers and business processes across different regions.

* Support strategic and operational projects within assigned departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business challenges, identify opportunities and implement solutions.

* Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

* Develop knowledge of key business functions such as Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, Sales and Human Resources.

* Participate in job rotations to build a broad understanding of the organization and accelerate professional development.

* Work closely with managers and mentors to achieve learning objectives and performance targets.

* Support global and regional projects requiring cross-cultural communication and international collaboration.

* Prepare and present project findings, recommendations and progress updates to management.

* Demonstrate leadership potential by taking ownership of assigned projects and driving results.

* Actively engage in training, coaching and development activities designed to prepare participants for future leadership or specialist roles
