What you will do
SAP Colombia Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: Global Revenue Operations - SAP Next Gen
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Duration: Temporary - 6 months up to 2 years
Expected start date: May/June 2026
Key Responsibilities
* Support Sales and Revenue Operations processes across Americas Solution Areas
* Deliver standardized and scalable operational services
* Identify best practices in sales-related information and reporting and help implement them regionally
* Support execution of operational plans and strategic initiatives
* Monitor goals related to scope, quality, budget, and timelines
* Analyze sales and revenue-related data to support business decisions
* Maintain and improve reports, dashboards, and documentation
* Support knowledge management and enablement activities
* Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and support peers
* Ensure high-quality execution of repetitive operational tasks in line with SLA agreements
* Ensure data accuracy, stewardship, and continuous improvement of processes

Education and Experience:
* Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor's degree.
* Preferably in the field of Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* 0-2 years of professional experience
* Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
Requirements and Competencies:
* Strong interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or Business Processes
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in data management
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a regional, virtual environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with analytics tools is a plus
* Effective written and verbal English & Spanish communication skills
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team
* Problem-solving skills and initiative to address data challenges
Where You Belong
The Americas Revenue Operations team is responsible for the successful creation, deployment, and execution of sales-supporting processes, tools, and services across SAP. The objective of Revenue Operations is to standardize and simplify sales-related processes and information across the region, in close alignment with Sales, Finance, HR, and other lines of business.
As an SAP Next Gen professional, you will support transactional and operational activities while actively contributing to improving processes critical to business success. You will also support project initiatives and, over time, may lead smaller workstreams or projects.
