Join our team in Arlington, VA as a Structural Engineer who is excited about designing everything from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations. With mentorship and guidance from our esteemed group of professional engineers and architects, you'll deliver mission-critical projects that serve the national and international community. You'll be accountable for technical quality of engineering tasks that grow in scope as you gain experience.

As a new graduate, you'll also be enrolled in our two-year Graduate Development Program, a flexible program designed to foster personal and professional growth, facilitate networking, and expose you to the broader aspects of our company and our industry.

Here's what you'll need

* Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills. 
* United States Citizenship

Ideally, you'll also have

* A 3.0 GPA
* Master of Science in Civil Engineering (with emphasis on Structural Engineering
* Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
* Prior internship experience in structural engineering field
* Familiarity with finite element analysis software (e.g., RISA, ETABS)
* Familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD

The base salary range for this position is $66,100.00 to $96,800.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
