What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

* Degree in finance, economics, engineering, energy or related disciplines

* 0 to 2 years of experience including internships

Skills

* Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and curiosity

* Understanding of budgets and financial statements

* Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Excel macros, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools is a plus

* Excellent planning, organization, and ability to navigate multicultural environments

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Experience interpreting contractual language is a plus

* Collaborative team player with the ability to influence others

* Fluency in Local Language, English is mandatory; additional local languages are a strong asset

Program Structure (24 months)

* Mission 1: 9-12-month A first local immersion tailored to your background and business needs

* Mission 2: 6-month Second assignment abroad in one of ENGIE's R&F geographies (e.g., South Africa, Chile, UK, India, Australia…). Exposure to cross-cultural teams and new operational realities

* Mission 3: 9-month A consolidation local mission designed to deepen expertise and HSE/Digital etc. to prepare for the landing role. Focus on business contribution, autonomy, and ability to manage small projects or workstreams

* This role is eligible for our hybrid in-office work policy; and is not eligible for remote work

* Must be available to travel domestically and internationally

* Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range: $90,000 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
