We are looking for passionate graduates for our Nordic Graduate Program, focused on your education, and your professional and personal development. As a Schneider Electric graduate, you will work with talented colleagues on real-life cases supporting the sustainable energy agenda.
What we are looking for
You are a recently graduated student with a degree in Engineering, Commercial, or Business, ready to work in a high-performance team. You must be proficient in English and Finnish, both in speech and writing.
We hope you are curious, eager to learn, and ready to use your theoretical knowledge to challenge yourself, and us. This requires commitment, knowledge sharing, and a strong interest in professional development.
We value graduates who are:
* Result-oriented
* Entrepreneurial and open-minded
* Interested in energy management and efficiency
Program duration: September 2026 - May 2027
Location: Finland
Extra: This is a paid graduate program, and you will continue your career with Schneider Electric after it concludes.
Graduate responsibilities
This year we are looking for graduates in the following areas:
⚡ Associate Project Manager
Use your engineering skills to support technical execution of Building Management System projects. Collaborate with teams to develop sustainable, energy-efficient solutions in a dynamic work environment.
🌟 Project Coordinator
Lead small package projects within our Application Center. You will manage execution, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate closely with colleagues and suppliers.
🔧 Project Engineer
Oversee small and medium projects, maintain scope, schedule, and budget compliance, build customer relationships, perform risk assessments, and manage project profitability.
🤝 Virtual Sales Representative
Engage with customers remotely, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. You will help grow our customer base and support sales initiatives through strong communication and relationship-building.
