What you'll do:

"As a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Eaton Electric India, you will be part of Eaton's global engineering organisation, supporting Product development, Value engineering, and Innovation initiatives across multiple domains such as Electronics, Embedded Systems and Mechanical design. This role offers a structured learning and hands-on experience in developing solutions for the regulated markets, ensuring compliance with the industry standards and certifications.
A structured 12 month training programme with a progression to Associate Engineer role upon successful completion of the training programme."
"The ideal candidate in this position will be responsible to:
* Assist in creating designs for Electrical/ Electronic components, Mechanical parts, or Embedded systems.
* Support CAD modelling, Schematic design and simulation actiivities.
* Participate in Concept development, prototyping, and validation phases.
* Prepare and maintain Engineering documentation including design reports, BOMs, compliance checklists and test procedures.
* Document test results and assist in root cause analysis for failures.
* Collaborate with global RDE, certification, Manufacturing and Supply chain teams.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, IEC) and internal quality processes.
* Participate in technical reivews, cost-out initiatives and knolwdege sharing sessions."

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/ Electronics/ Mechanical or related engineering discipline
Fresh Engineering Graduates, with >8.5 CGPA without any history of arrears

Skills:

"* Strong fundamentals in Engineering principles
* Familiar with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Solidworks), PCB design tools (Altium) or Simulation software
* Basic understanding of compliance standards (UL, IEC) is a plus"
"* Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a team and adapt to a global work environment.
* Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
