Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
* Create and analyze financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, financial reports, variance explanations, risk assessments and solutions.
* Develop annual budgets and forecasts for different departments, partnering with varying levels of business leaders.
* Identifies, performs and drives process improvement opportunities in the month end close processes and supports management reporting related to operations performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Makes recommendations around financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommends automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery.
* Supports decision making by providing ad hoc financial and key performance indicator analyzes that influence leadership decision making.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerBi.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting Planning and forecasting.
* Knowledge of resources and tools to enhance process automation.
