What You'll Build
The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position Title: SAP Labs Latin America Next Gen - Customer & Ecosystem Specialist
Location: Monterrey, México
Schedule: 40 hours/week
In-Person: Hybrid (3 days/week in the office)
Activities and Responsibilities:
* Work closely with our Experience Center and Ecosystem team on various projects.
* Support Design Thinking Community.
* Contribute to customer engagement initiatives & events, marketing campaigns when needed and work environment activities.
* Plan & Coordinate customer and ecosystem engagement activities (virtual & on-site) for our Monterrey location.
* Manage customer relationships and handle client inquiries, feedback and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
* Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure optimal outcomes for events and initiatives.
* Work closely with Account Executives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, deliverables, and performance expectations.
* Apply your creative writing and storytelling talents to promote our initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Spanish and English.
* A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to learning quickly and thoroughly.
* Strong design and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Proven customer service and relationship management abilities, with experience in handling diverse client needs and expectations.
* Negotiation skills with experience in vendor management and achieving win-win outcomes.
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Problem-solving & action-oriented attitude to achieve events successfully.
* Passionate, creative, and eager to work in a collaborative setting.
* Experience with Canva and Figma are a plus.
* Design skills is a plus.
