Required Skills and Competencies
Our requirements for the Talent HUB Philippines Program are:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM fields;
* Advanced level of English (mandatory);
* Local and International vocation - Talent HUB participants will have the opportunity to develop their professional careers locally and internationally in various countries;

Candidate Differentials:
* Up to 2 years of experience in junior positions related to Civil, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering.
