The Unlock Program is a multi-faceted initiative, providing master's students a chance to delve into the world of capital markets before entering the job market. By joining this programme, members have exclusive access to mentorship with experienced professionals in their area of interest, a line-up of workshops and networking events, leading up to a fast track to a position within BNP Paribas Global Markets Portugal.

* Visits to the largest trading floor in Portugal.

Mentor Up: What to expect:

* A monthly mentorship session with an experienced professional at BNP Paribas Global Markets.
* Your mentor will support you throughout the program and be your guide as you transition to a first job experience.
* Mentorship topics to be decided between mentor and mentee.

Workshops & Presentations: In an exclusive sneak-peak into the BNP Paribas Global Markets roles, hear from our experienced professionals, as they present the essence of their activity and share what their day to day entails.

Get on the Fast-Track: The ultimate goal of the Unlock experience? To get on the fast track to a permanent position with Global Markets, once you finish your degree. You may have the possibility of being fast-tracked to a summer internship, long-term internship, graduate or permanent position.

Application Criteria

* Master's Degree student in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering or similar
* Fluency in English
