What will you be involved in?
Are you creative, curious about audiences and digital trends, and passionate about telling stories that genuinely engage people? This graduate opportunity is designed to help you kick-start your career with hands-on experience, structured support and meaningful work from day one.
As a Graduate for the Small & Accountants BU within the Brand Strategy & Creative team, you will join a passionate and ambitious team working across brand strategy, creative development, content, social and campaign production. You will gain practical experience supporting campaigns, coordinating creative work, connecting with market and customer insights, helping bring ideas to life across channels, and learning how brand, creative, content, social and marketing teams work together across the UK. You will be supported by a dedicated manager throughout the programme, with structured onboarding, regular coaching and feedback, mentoring from experienced marketing professionals, and a personalised development plan to help you build confidence, capability and a strong portfolio of work.
During the programme, you will support our campaign managers with a range of activities including:
* Helping execute marketing campaigns across paid, organic, social, web, email, events and partner channels, including campaign delivery for major brand moments.
* Coordinating campaign assets, keeping project timelines moving and helping manage trackers, Workfront tasks, approvals and team administration.
* Supporting influencer and social activations, including briefing support, social copy checks, content capture and event-related social moments.
* Researching industry trends, customer needs, audience behaviours and creative opportunities.
* Working with other teams across content, social, performance marketing, sponsorship, PR, agencies and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Helping to pull together agency and internal team briefs for new assets and campaigns.
* Consolidating creative feedback for campaign materials, video and social assets, and helping teams move work through approvals.
* Supporting creative reviews by sense-checking copy, campaign messaging, digital content updates and brand consistency.
* Supporting campaign performance reporting, identifying what is working and where teams can improve.
* Supporting the creation of campaign playbooks, guidelines, briefing materials and editable resources that help other teams work more effectively.
This is a graduate programme, so you do not need to have all the skills from day one. We are looking for someone educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, journalism, media, digital, business, creative industries or a related subject. Training, support and coaching will be provided throughout the programme.
* A genuine interest in marketing campaigns, brand, creative, digital trends and audience behaviour.
* Creative curiosity and the confidence to contribute ideas.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good attention to detail, especially when reviewing copy, assets and campaign materials.
* Organisation, proactivity and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple tasks.
* A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work with people across different teams, markets and levels.
* An interest in storytelling, brand, customers and how content can influence action.
* Comfort working with data, performance results and audience insights, or a willingness to learn.
* A practical, can-do approach to problem solving and project coordination.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* An interest in using AI and emerging tools responsibly to support creativity, planning, efficiency and analysis.
What you can expect from the process:
* Apply online with your CV
* Complete screening and video interview (You will receive a link to complete a video interview within 1 week of applying)
* If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre.
* Successful candidates will join us in October 2026.
